Refund Policy for– Mobile IV Therapy

1. No Refunds After Services Are Rendered
Due to the nature of IV therapy and the cost of supplies once opened/prepared, we do not offer refunds after treatment has been administered.

2. Appointment Cancellations

• 24+ hours notice – Full refund or free reschedule.

• Less than 24 hours notice – 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows – Full charge applies; no refund.

3. Prepaid Packages & Gift Certificates

• Refunds allowed within 14 days of purchase if unused.

• After 14 days, value may be applied as credit toward other services.

4. Adverse Reactions or Dissatisfaction
If you experience an adverse reaction during treatment, our medical team will follow all safety protocols. Refunds will not be issued for results that differ from individual expectations, as outcomes vary.

5. Late Arrivals
Appointments may be shortened to ensure on-time arrival for other clients. Full payment is still required.
